Terms of Engagement

The relationship between the clients and Accounting Medics Online is intended to be based on mutual respect & good faith. Both parties agree to discuss any concerns or issues as soon as practically possible.
Accounting Medics Online will provide services to the clients based on best practice and the information supplied by the clients.
The clients will provide Accounting Medics Online with accurate information in a timely manner when requested.
Both parties will respect the confidentiality of all information given and received and will comply with the Privacy Act 1993.
The client will be required to approve any documents/information to be filed with a third party on the client’s behalf.
The client agrees to pay all invoices rendered on time unless a dispute is received by Accounting Medics Online within 5 days of the invoice being received.
The client acknowledges that Accounting Medics Online does not include a review or audit of financial information and therefore will not be responsible for any inaccuracy of any information supplied.
Both parties agree that a termination of the services requires notification by either party to the other party and that Accounting Medics Online will be entitled to any costs incurred up to the date the notification was received.
The client agrees that material provided to Accounting Medics Online remains the property of the client and will be returned to you when requested however the work papers that Accounting Medics Online creates remain the property of Accounting Medics Online.
Over the term of the relationship any subsequent instructions received from the client by Accounting Medics Online will be covered by these Terms of Engagement.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; and computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you use the chat function on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services;

To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may contact you to notify you to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Our website tracks personal information through the use of cookies, for example, we use tracking tools (e.g. cookies, Google Analytics etc.,) our website employs, what personal information we gather and why this is being used.

It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information.
